The Role

We are hunting for a fiercely customer-focused sales superstar. You must be someone who knows
exactly how to turn a casual window shopper into a delighted, loyal fan. We don’t do pushy. Instead,
we want someone who builds genuine connections, using their empathy, styling expertise, and a
little bit of retail magic to help customers find pieces they’ll adore.

What You Will Do

• Welcome every lovely soul who steps through our doors with genuine warmth and
  impeccable manners.
• Guide our shoppers from “just looking” to “I’ll take it!”
• Finalise purchases with supreme grace and confidence, ensuring every customer
  leaves feeling fantastic about their new items.
• Listen intently to our customers to uncover exactly what they need, even if they do not quite know it themselves.
• Keep the shop floor looking immaculate, inspiring, and ready for action.

 

What You Need to Bring

• Sales Superstar: You have a brilliant track record in retail and get a genuine thrill from
  helping customers find their perfect piece.
• Funnel Vision: You understand the psychology of buying. You know when to give a customer space and when to step in with the perfect suggestion.
• A Huge Heart: Your customer focus is legendary. You genuinely want people to feel wonderful when they wear our pieces.
• Your Quirky Self: You embrace the wonderfully weird. We want your authentic, colourful personality shining on the shop floor every single day.
