We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150
Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) are packed and dispatched within 48 hours (subject to stock availability).
We use Australia Post standard shipping.
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a consignment number to track your parcel with Australia Post. Australia Post can be contacted on 13 76 78. Australia Post now leaves all parcels in a “safe Drop” area at home. If you wish to have a signature for delivery please specify this at the time of placing your order.
Queen of Everything takes no responsibility for any items that may go missing or are not delivered correctly by Australia Post.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND IF WE CAN PROVE IT HAS BEEN SENT, ANY PARCELS NOT DELIVERED VIA AUSTRALIA POST OR PARCELS THAT HAVE BEEN STOLEN AT POINT OF DELIVERY ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF QUEEN OF EVERYTHING.
